From St. Petersburg to Kronstadt by water: Kotlin catamarans carried over 100,000 passengers

The catamarans are designed to pass under the bridges of the Northern capital

The Kotlin high-speed catamarans (04580), built at the Sredne-Nevsky Shipbuilding Plant (part of USC), carried over 106,000 passengers from St. Petersburg to Kronstadt during the 2024 navigation period. This was reported by the corporation's press service.

Passenger ships are designed for use on the rivers and canals of St. Petersburg, taking into account low bridges. The catamarans can also enter the Gulf of Finland. A series of 6 catamarans is being built with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia and the State Transport Leasing Company.
