Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin has announced that on November 4, National Unity Day, parking will be free on all streets in the city.
In his Telegram channel, he clarified that on November 3, the Sunday parking regime will be in effect. This means that paid parking will only be available on streets with tariffs of 380, 450 and 600 rubles per hour, as well as in dynamic tariff zones.
It is important to note that parking lots with barriers will operate as usual and will remain paid throughout these days.
