Chinese and Russian brands are fighting for the buyer

In Belarus, a battle is underway between Geely and Lada for leadership in the area of the most attractive car prices for buyers. AvtoVAZ seeks to take Geely's place in the republic's market and intends to increase sales to this end.

Fierce competition for leadership in the industry between brands has already begun. A significant decrease in the cost of the Geely Emgrand car is observed in Belarus.

Currently, this car can be purchased from 54,500 rubles (1,600,000 Russian rubles). In addition, car dealerships offer customers a gift in the form of a set of winter tires, mats and mudguards. All accessories are completely free.

AvtoVAZ responded by setting special prices for the Granta and Vesta models. For example, the cost of the Lada Vesta SW station wagon is now 48,700 rubles (1,420,000 rubles). The buyer receives four winter tires with the car.

Geely has an advantage - its own lending system. But AvtoVAZ also launched a similar program, and also made the services of dealerships cheaper.

Earlier, the Lada dealership in Belarus held a large-scale car sale at reduced prices. While prices for domestic cars were growing in Russia, in a neighboring country they decreased significantly. For example, the Granta and Largus models fell in price by 5,000 Belarusian rubles, or about 150 thousand rubles in Russian equivalent. There was also a rush demand for Lada Vesta SW Cross in Belarus.

Recall that AvtoVAZ even produced a special Lada Niva Travel for the Belarusian market. The SUV received a cooled glove box, additional vibration isolation, and steel engine protection.
