JSC "Concern "Kalashnikov" has commissioned an automatic etching line in arms production. The new equipment will allow for high-quality chemical processing of metal products. This was reported by the press service of the concern.
The etching line is characterized by a high level of safety - the operator does not come into contact with chemical elements.
The new equipment increases the strength of parts and their resistance to corrosion. The line involves several dozen electrochemical etching baths, the use of which reduces harmful emissions, water consumption and increases energy efficiency.
It is worth noting that in July of this year, a metal electroplating line was successfully launched at the production facility. The equipment is also designed to increase the strength of the metal by spraying cadmium and zinc.
