Will Replace Imported Analogues: Rostec to Develop Ultra-Resistant Photomodules for Machine Vision Systems

The development can be used in arctic conditions

The "Roselectronica" holding (part of the Rostec State Corporation) has begun creating photomodules on silicon crystals with a resolution of 4 megapixels. They are planned to be used in monitoring and machine vision systems.

The modules incorporate photoelectric characteristics at the level of leading global analogues. The photodetector is created on the basis of the most common technology for constructing integrated circuits (CMOS with a technological standard of 180 nm).

The new circuits are characterized by low power consumption in static mode and high speed. In addition, the sensors will have high climatic and mechanical performance. This will make it possible to use them in arctic and other tele systems.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that Rostec announced the invulnerability of the "Product 305" missile to enemy electronic warfare on the front.
