NPP Istok named after Shokin, a subsidiary of Ruselectronics holding of Rostec State Corporation, presented its platform at the recent forum on digitalization of the defense industry "ITOPK-2024".
The platform with a connected specialized hardware and software complex will allow to receive information about equipment wear in advance and understand which components will be needed for its repair and in what perspective. Since today the logistics of supplying components to such equipment is quite complicated, and sometimes even impossible in principle, careful monitoring of the condition of the equipment "from the inside" will help minimize equipment downtime, as well as the likelihood of failures and unscheduled repairs.
Tomographs and other expensive and important equipment throughout Russia can be connected to the platform. Also IIoT.Istok is planned to be used to control promising mobile units for collecting, transporting and storing blood and its components.
A number of digital solutions have already been developed on the basis of the IIoT.Istok industrial Internet of Things platform from NPP Istok. In particular, this is the "Digital Production" software platform. It digitizes the entire product production cycle: from compiling a document containing information about the stages of product manufacturing to forming delivery schedules. The solution allows you to create digital twins of products, technological processes and the entire enterprise.
