The production of Lada Vesta with a 6-speed manual gearbox is scheduled to start in December 2024. Initially, the new manual transmission was supposed to appear in September, but there were difficulties with some components, according to the Lada.Online website.
The launch of the new transmission has been postponed indefinitely, tentatively to December. New difficulties have arisen with the original drives and components of the internal "grenades".
