The Ministers of Innovation, Technology and Science of the BRICS countries have planned to develop a unified scientometric database. This was announced by the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, Valery Falkov.
Today, special attention was paid to the formation of common approaches to the creation of scientometric databases. And here we have already come a certain part of the way, the initiative is generally supported, including, it is reflected in the Moscow Declaration.
The development of a unified scientometric database for all countries will begin in 2025. A meeting of the working group will be held in Brazil.
