The company "Northern Sea" (part of the military-industrial holding "Kingisepp Machine-Building Plant", KMZ) will manufacture boom barriers for the plant "TyazPromKonstruktsiya" (Nizhny Novgorod). The company specializes in the production of metal structures. This was reported by the KMZ press service.
Boom barriers BZ-S are flexible "sleeves" made of sorbent material. The design includes fasteners for connecting barriers, power and float elements.
The distinguishing features of boom barriers manufactured by "Northern Sea" are versatility and ease of transportation and operation, high sorption capacity, increased buoyancy on the water surface and reliable fastening.
BZ-S is an environmentally friendly product. Its quality is confirmed by certificates of the Russian Classification Society and the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping.
