At the Crimean Federal University named after V.I. Vernadsky (CFU named after V.I. Vernadsky), a unique DNA preparation has been created to protect against pests of agricultural crops growing in tropical and subtropical climates.
The development refers to seventh-generation insecticides. The drug destroys pests that affect barley, citrus fruits, coffee, cocoa and wheat.
The drug is based on a DNA polymer. Its action does not harm the environment, but neutralizes even invisible insects, such as aphids and scale insects.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that the Ministry of Agriculture will conduct UAV tests for processing hop plantations in 2025.
