The Lukoil gas station network and BelkaCar carsharing company have introduced a new feature that allows users to refuel cars using a QR code. This option is already available at Lukoil gas stations in Krasnodar, Sochi, and St. Petersburg.
Now the refueling process has become much simpler: users no longer need to use physical fuel cards. It is enough to generate a QR code in the BelkaCar application and show it at the gas station checkout. This simplifies refueling and eliminates the risks associated with the loss or absence of fuel cards in carsharing vehicles.
The QR code refueling function was introduced in 2023, and since then the company has continued to improve it to make the process even more convenient. In the BelkaCar application, you can find the nearest gas stations that support this functionality: they are marked with special labels on the map.
