In connection with the introduction of a federal state of emergency in 9 districts of the Belgorod region, communication services for all residents will be free, even with a negative balance.
All outgoing and incoming calls have become free. Residents of the Belgorod region can send messages, make calls to all numbers within Russia and use the Internet. We are talking about the Veidelevsky, Borisovsky, Belgorodsky, Roven'sky, Veidelevsky and Krasnoyaruzhsky districts, as well as the Graivoronsky, Shebekinsky, Valuysky and Volokonovsky urban districts.
