Бьёт сильнее, но экономит снаряды: обновлённый российский комплекс управления огнём «Планшет-А» привезли на форум «Армия-2024»

Now it can simultaneously control platoons and individual guns when firing at different targets

The "Planshet-A" systems are produced by the state corporation "Rostec", and they are already actively being supplied to the Russian military at the front. During operation, they have already proven their effectiveness.

But, as a representative of the corporation's management told RIA "Novosti", the system was quickly refined based on combat experience. The updated "Planshet-A" was brought to the International Military-Technical Forum "Army-2024", which takes place in the "Patriot" Exhibition Center from August 12 to 14.

The computer's speed has been increased, and the data transmission range has been increased. The software has also been optimized. Now, "Planshet", for example, allows you to simultaneously control platoons and individual guns when firing at different targets. The range of ammunition that can be fired under the control of "Planshet" has become wider. All this further increases the effectiveness of artillery and provides additional ammunition savings.
Vladimir Artyakov, Deputy General Director

In less than a minute, "Planshet-A" determines the coordinates of enemy targets, processes the received data about the targets, and builds control cycles, calculating firing settings. Then the system transmits the data to the gun commanders for subsequent suppression of the enemy.
