PJSC "KAMAZ" has emerged from the corporate vacation, during which the enterprises carried out modernization of equipment. This was reported in the press service of the enterprise.
Work began on July 6, but in some departments, production workers handed over the equipment for repair later.
In total, more than 600 units of new equipment were put into operation. 1281 mechanics and 458 power engineers took part in the modernization of the plant. A total of 144 million rubles were spent.
The most important works were: installation of a heat exchanger on an induction heating unit in the crankcase shop, repair of a keyway milling machine in the gear shop. At the engine plant, the washing unit bath was replaced.
The equipment was launched on July 19, and three days later it started working at full capacity.
