Russian military personnel on the front lines, thanks to the coordinated work of the «Lancet-3» kamikaze drone and the «Orlan-30» optoelectronic reconnaissance drone, destroyed a rare American 155 mm M198 howitzer.
The target was hit in the tactical depth of the enemy's defense, at a distance of about 20 km from the line of combat contact.
Military expert Evgeny Damantsev noted that the ballistics of the gun allows firing actively-reactive ERFB-RA/BB shells at a distance of up to 37 - 38 km. Thus, the «Lancet-3» operator disabled a very scarce means of enemy artillery.
