In Moscow, about 115,000 accounts of kicksharing service users have been blocked. This was announced by Deputy Mayor of Moscow Maxim Liksutov.
Operators blocked users of personal mobility devices (PMD) for violating traffic rules and company rental terms. In total, 113,000 accounts were blocked, and another 95,000 e-scooter drivers received fines.

It is worth noting that, in addition to imposing fines, kicksharing companies have begun to conduct free PMD driving lessons for everyone. In Moscow, they also created a school for learning how to ride e-scooters.
