The Minsk Automobile Plant continues to showcase its futuristic development at exhibitions - the MAZ-X tractor with an unusual design and only one door, located on the right.
The car was brought to Yekaterinburg and shown at the Innoprom exhibition. The presentation of the truck was given by the Minister of Industry of Belarus, Alexander Efimov.
This is a hybrid, a highly efficient machine that can travel long distances on a single refueling - more than 3 thousand kilometers.
The car was planned to be sold in Russia and Belarus, but after the country's accession to the SCO, it is planned to expand sales markets.
The MAZ-X power plant consists of three engines. One of them is a diesel engine with a capacity of 200 horsepower, and the other two are electric, 272 horsepower each. The tractor is scheduled for release in 2027.
Recall that the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, got acquainted with the new development of MAZ in January of this year. However, his opinion about the car is unknown.
