The popularity of the virtual Troika card continues to grow among passengers of the capital's transport. Since the end of May this year, passengers have issued 32 thousand cards. This was announced by the Mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin.
The virtual Troika card operates on the MCC (Moscow Central Circle), MCD (Moscow Central Diameters), regular river and land transport, and in the Moscow Metro. It makes it possible to abandon the plastic carrier and pay for trips on all types of transport using a smartphone. From buying a ticket to validation, it takes no more than a minute.
You can create a virtual card in the Moscow Metro application. To use it, you need to add it to your personal account, select a ticket at the tariff and link a bank card.
It is worth noting that earlier in the capital's metro they removed the yellow terminals for replenishing the plastic card Troika and the Muscovite card. Now this function is performed by turnstiles. The cards themselves have been equipped with a new chip of domestic production. This will allow us to develop new tariff solutions in the future.
