The world's largest operator of An-124 super-heavy cargo aircraft from Russia has switched to SberCRM, a Russian customer relationship management (CRM) system. This is Volga-Dnepr Airlines, which is part of the group of companies of the same name associated with transportation.
SberCRM is a development of Sber Business Soft. It took only four months to transfer all customer data to the system, train personnel to work with the new system, and create a business architecture from scratch.
It is vital for Russian cargo airlines, especially systemically important ones like Volga-Dnepr, to have high-quality domestic software. Sber is successfully replacing imported solutions with its own and is happy to share its developments in this area.
According to Popov, Volga-Dnepr was able to speed up application processing, became more efficient in working with customers, and set up in-depth data analytics to quickly respond to market requests after switching to Russian CRM.
