The Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Digital Affairs of Russia) has announced the expansion of the functionality of the "Applying to University Online" service on the "Gosuslugi" portal. This was reported by the press service of the department.
The portal now has the option of concluding a targeted training agreement. With it, applicants will have the opportunity to enlist support from a future employer. In the future, during their studies, "targeted students" will undergo practical training in the process of mastering their specialty with future guaranteed employment.
Opportunities for applicants on the "Gosuslugi" portal:
- submitting documents to five universities at once and choosing up to five fields of study or specialties
- online registration for additional or internal entrance examinations
- sending notifications to one section of the personal account (schedule, exam results and competition lists)
- receiving data on request (certificate, results of the Unified State Exam and Olympiads, information on disability and other benefits)
- quick transition to chats with university curators and in VK Messenger
The admission campaign in universities runs from June 20 to July 25. For paid programs, the deadlines may be different.
In 2023, 577 thousand applicants submitted more than 2.3 million applications using the "Applying to University Online" service. The list of educational institutions and their branches for admission includes more than 1 thousand institutions.
