The logistics company CDEK continues to restore the functions of its servers. The package tracking option is back on the operator's website. This was reported by the company's press service.
The company noted that some problems with the service have not yet been completely resolved.
The company's website noted that specialists continue to work to fully restore the operator's activities. Customers can now use CDEK ID to receive parcels again. The support service records all customer requests about problems in the service and deals with their prompt elimination.
As a reminder, the global failure in CDEK's operation occurred on May 26, it completely paralyzed the operator's activities for almost three days. The reason was a hacker attack that used ransomware to restrict access to databases.
