Restoring sports LADA cars after accidents turned out to be more expensive than regular versions

LADA cars have so-called sports versions. They differ from ordinary cars not only in interior and exterior, but also in technical characteristics: for example, improved suspension and engine. Such cars cost more than regular LADAs, and their repair can cost owners a pretty penny. Experts in the automotive industry have calculated the cost of body parts for LADA Granta Drive Active and Vesta Sport.

Thus, the front bumper for the Granta sedan will cost 6,084 rubles when buying a part from an official dealer, while the Granta Drive Active version costs 42,429 rubles for such a body part. The difference in cost is about seven times. The situation is much worse with the front bumper for the sports Vesta - the price tag for it is 77,697 rubles. The bumper for the regular Vesta will cost 4,958 rubles.

The rear bumper for Granta Drive Active is 45,959 rubles, for Vesta Sport - 77,697 rubles. The front fender for the sports Vesta is 26,918 rubles, while the regular version costs about 5 thousand rubles. Note that the prices are presented for May 2024.

As a reminder, the Lada Granta in the Comfort configuration will cost 1 million 52 thousand rubles at an official dealer, the Sport'24 version - 1 million 423 thousand rubles, the Vesta in the Techno'24 configuration costs 1,810,900 rubles, and the price tag for the SportLine version starts from 2,175,900 rubles.
