Russian Armed Forces intelligence officers have tested in combat conditions a drone developed by specialists from an enterprise in the Primorsky Territory. The main advantage of the UAV is the ability to launch in any weather. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense.
This "bird" is capable of seeing the picture at long distances. The UAV is unique in that it has vertical takeoff and vertical landing, the range is up to 40 kilometers.
UAV can be used:
- for reconnaissance purposes
- as a signal repeater
You can choose any point, drive up to it, launch the UAV regardless of weather conditions. You don't have to launch from a catapult.
According to the serviceman, the drone lands at predetermined coordinates without a parachute.
