The small anti-submarine ship "Urengoy" of the Leningrad naval base of the Baltic Fleet went on maneuvers. The ship's crew conducted artillery fire and destroyed unmanned boats in the Baltic Sea.
The press service of the Baltic Fleet explained that these were planned exercises with the participation of ships of the water area security of the Leningrad naval base. "Urengoy" fired at a small ship shield that simulated an enemy ship.
The ship's crew also carried out the laying of defensive minefields in a given area using training mines, which were later collected by the minesweeper "Viktor Sigalov".
The crew of "Urengoy" also carried out activities for:
- damage control
- air defense and anti-sabotage defense
- destruction of surface unmanned kamikaze boats
