Roscosmos reported on the progress of work with the Progress MS-27 space freighter at Baikonur. After refueling, it was docked with the adapter section.
The adapter section is part of the space head section. It provides mechanical connection of the spacecraft to the fairing and integrates its command interface into the onboard control system of the Soyuz launch vehicle.
The work was completed with a test activation of the command and telemetry system equipment and preparation of the spacecraft for a new stage: an author's inspection.
The launch to the ISS will take place on May 30. As usual, it will be broadcast on the space corporation's social networks. Two and a half tons of cargo will be delivered to orbit: equipment for experiments, food, clothing, parcels and gifts, and psychological support kits for cosmonauts.
