The former Bosch household appliance plant located in St. Petersburg has been transferred to the management of Gazprom Household Systems JSC (a subsidiary of Gazprom PJSC). This is confirmed by data in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE).
Gazprom Household Systems JSC produces gas stoves and components for them. BSH Household Appliances was registered in Peterhof in 1994, and the plant itself is located in Strelna. Last year, the company received more than 6 billion rubles in net profit.
The subsidiary of the Italian household appliance brand Ariston has also been transferred to Gazprom Household Systems JSC. The decision was made as part of the implementation of the decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin dated April 26.
Earlier, the Italian authorities were outraged by the transfer of Russian assets of Ariston to Gazprom's management. The country's Foreign Ministry doubted that Russia was complying with the principles of international law.
