RTM Group explained this dynamic by the increased demand for domestic IT solutions and the import substitution of IT products from foreign developers.
K&P.Group stated that the reason for the lawsuit often becomes the use of software "beyond the contract" or "after the termination of the license agreement." NSP added that in the last year, on behalf of its clients, it filed lawsuits to recover compensation from businesses for the unlicensed use of software in the amount of about 300 million rubles.
