The popular video creation service is working again in Russia. Some users in Russia were able to open the TikTok application without using a VPN.
Some users began to notice a "rollback" on April 27 of this year. In the main section of TikTok, all videos were updated and it became possible to add new ones.
However, at the time of publication, neither representatives of TikTok nor Roskomnadzor provided any information. There is a possibility that updating the TikTok feed without a VPN for some users is the result of a system error.
It is worth noting that TikTok stopped working in Russia in March 2022 due to the adoption of the law on fakes. Russian users could not add their videos and did not have access to viewing new ones.
