The Central Design and Research Bureau of Sporting and Hunting Weapons (TsKIB SOO) of the High-Precision Complexes holding has sent a batch of MC-566 sniper rifles to the troops ahead of schedule.
The company produces self-loading sniper rifles for the NATO .308 Win cartridge. The MC-566 has proven itself well in combat. The weapon helps various units of the Russian Armed Forces to carry out fire missions.
The first batches of MC-566 entered the Russian military in the spring of 2022. Soldiers praised the technical characteristics of the weapon. Sniper rifles are also used by the Airborne Forces special forces.
