The Ministry of Industry and Trade will support drone manufacturers with rubles

The department has already launched a competitive selection for the right to receive state compensation

The Ministry of Industry and Trade has announced a competition for drone manufacturers to receive subsidies.

The selection criteria are simple. The manufacturer must provide a conclusion on the production of UAS (unmanned aircraft systems) on the territory of Russia. An additional condition is that the number of devices sold must be at least twice the size of the subsidy.

Compensations apply to multi-rotor UAS (take-off weight up to 500 kg). The amount of material assistance will vary depending on the size of the device and its weight. The maximum amount of support should not exceed 2 million rubles per UAS unit.

Applications are accepted on the GISP platform from April 22 to May 14. The state support agreement is valid for one year.

Last year, the Ministry of Industry and Trade talked about the readiness of the project for the development of drones until 2030.
