The Moscow authorities will reorganize part of the "Teply Stan" industrial zone under the program of integrated development of territories, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said in his Telegram channel.
We will build modern production and public business complexes on the site, including two technology parks. We will put in order about 1 kilometer of the adjacent road network, and make parking lots.
The territory will be landscaped and improved, and new engineering communications will be laid. This will make it possible to attract business and create a comfortable urban environment for residents of the capital.
The law on the integrated development of territories was adopted at the end of 2020. It is based on improving the appearance of cities and developing infrastructure.
