The main annual forum "SIM Congress" was held in Moscow on April 12. Many different topics were discussed, but at the very beginning it was agreed that companies would now fight violators of rental rules not alone, but jointly. Three kicksharing giants have officially agreed to work together and impose the same requirements on violators.
We want to sign a memorandum of intent between associations — Whoosh company, MTS Urent company and Yandex company — to continue working on safety in the field of micromobility, on the exchange of experience.
The new system of fines will be the same for all services. When renting a scooter, the tenant does not need to keep in mind different rules of use from different companies. Now everything is simple and clear — they will be fined for the same thing.
With the arrival of spring, Whoosh has already introduced numbers for identifying tenants and recording violations by cameras. But, the practice of pasting over numbers quickly spread to SIM as well.
It was previously reported that Whoosh has provided its users with a new quick start option when renting a scooter.
