The "Obukhov Plant", located in St. Petersburg, has developed the "Nastasia" drone-convertoplane for signal retransmission and special tasks within a radius of 100 km, according to a representative of the company. The aircraft was presented at the National Civil Aviation Infrastructure Forum in Moscow.
According to him, "Nastasia" can take off and land vertically, like a quadcopter. At the same time, the drone has an airplane wing, which increases speed and flight range.
Technical characteristics of "Nastasia":
- Payload weight - up to 3 kg
- Maximum flight speed - up to 100 km/h
- Five engines: four are on rods and the fifth is above the wing.
The plant's engineers assembled a prototype from Russian components, and it is undergoing a series of tests at the training ground.
Earlier, Moscow engineers manufactureda drone and a controller for it, which consists entirely of domestic components.
