A robot pharmacist has been hired at Moscow City Clinical Hospital No. 67 named after Vorokhobov. The "Smart Pharmacy" system contains more than 80,000 drug names.
According to Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin in his Telegram channel, this high-tech system handles the receipt, accounting, storage, and expiration date verification of medicines. It also checks the compliance of medicines with consignment notes and generates the necessary orders for hospital departments - this greatly simplifies and speeds up the work of doctors.
If the "Smart Pharmacy" is effective, it will be installed in other Moscow hospitals as well.
