Rostelecom will launch the production of base stations for mobile communications in the first half of 2024, according to the company's head, Mikhail Oseevsky.
According to him, Rostelecom will focus on achieving technological sovereignty. Employees of the St. Petersburg plant "Avangard" are currently working in two shifts, producing telecommunications equipment.
