Since January 1 of this year, electric vehicle owners have been paying for trips on highways on a common basis. But, according to Kommersant, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Transport and the Avtodor Group are already considering the possibility and parameters for providing free passage for them on toll sections of highways in 2024.

The most popular were the toll sections of the M-11 Moscow-Solnechnogorsk highway from 15 to 58 kilometers and the Northern Bypass of Odintsovo.
