The Russian company "Transport of the Future" has launched the first stage of a plant in Tolyatti for the production of civilian drones. We are talking about the creation of agricultural drones, UAVs for monitoring and delivery of goods.

The project is estimated at 7 billion rubles. In 2024. It is expected that next year "Transport of the Future" will produce more than 1,500 agricultural drones and other types of drones weighing over 10 kg.

According to the head of the company, Yuri Kozarenko, at the first stage he plans to establish the assembly of engines, on-board systems, thermoplastic, screws and hulls. This will be followed by bench tests.

By the spring of 2024, the first models of "Hector S-80" will appear, designed for monitoring and processing fields. They can also be used for aerologistics, delivery of medicines to settlements in the Samara region.

Earlier, the Governor of the Moscow Region announced that the company "Aviation Technologies and Complexes" will launch the production of drones for agriculture in the region.
