"Future Transport" Starts Assembling Agricultural Drones

The Russian company "Future Transport" has launched the first phase of a plant in Tolyatti for the production of civilian drones. The focus is on creating agricultural drones, UAVs for monitoring, and delivery of goods.

The project is estimated at 7 billion rubles. In 2024, "Future Transport" is expected to produce more than 1,500 agricultural drones and other types of drones weighing over 10 kg next year.

According to the head of the company, Yuri Kozarenko, the initial stage involves setting up the assembly of engines, onboard systems, thermoplastic, propellers, and bodies. This will be followed by bench tests.

By the spring of 2024, the first models of "Hector S-80" will appear, designed for monitoring and processing fields. They can also be used for aerologistics, delivering medicines to settlements in the Samara region.

Earlier, the Governor of the Moscow Region announced that the company "Aviation Technologies and Complexes" will launch the production of drones for agriculture in the region.
