This agreement is another step towards increasing the digitalization of medical services. We are talking about supporting elderly people. According to Rosstat, there are currently 35.8 million people in Russia older than working age (24.5% of the population). At the same time, many of them are lonely. Modern gadgets can be difficult for the elderly, and they do not use them. Therefore, together with our colleagues, we plan to develop a simple and convenient digital assistant.

An intelligent companion using artificial intelligence and large language models will help pensioners not only in socialization and communication. It will also provide medical and psychological support as needed. For example, it will be able to track the deterioration of health, provide access to telemedicine, or place an order at a pharmacy.
