For mass immunization of Russians, "Natsimbio", a "daughter" of GC "Rostec", released the well-proven "Sovigripp" with three strains of viruses (82% of deliveries) and "Ultrix Quadri." "Ultrix Quadri" helps to gain immunity to four strains of viruses (18% of deliveries).

In the production of influenza vaccines for the National Immunization Schedule, we have been using only domestic raw materials and our own developments for the fifth year, that is, we work according to the full cycle technology. This approach guarantees the stability of providing medicines to the population, and also eliminates dependence on foreign manufacturers.
Deputy General Director of the State Corporation "Rostec" Alexander Nazarov.

There are other Russian flu vaccines in 2023. These are "Ultrix", "Grippol Plus", "Grippol Quadrivalent", "Flu-M" and "Flu-M Tetra."

According to Rospotrebnadzor, as of November 21, almost 71.5 million people have already been vaccinated against influenza. At the same time, over the past week, the proportion of influenza viruses in the ARVI line was 5.18%, and it has been trending upward for the third week in a row.

But there is still time to get vaccinated, as the increase in the incidence of influenza, ARVI and COVID-19 in Russia traditionally begins in November-December. Its peak occurs in January, immediately after the New Year holidays.

In addition to flu vaccines, "Natsimbio" also produces drugs for the treatment and support of COVID-19 disease - for example, "COVID-globulin". As part of therapy for infection, it helps prevent the appearance of cytokine storm, renal failure, an increase in the degree of lung damage and other complications in seventy percent of cases in patients.

Currently, coronavirus is gaining momentum in Russia, from November 13 to 19, the number of hospitalizations increased by 16.9% compared to the previous week and amounted to 6,398 people. An increase in morbidity was noted in 82 constituent entities of the Russian Federation, including in 26 regions more than the national average. At the same time, 39,731 people recovered, or 32.5% more compared to the previous week.
