The solar power plant will be built by "RSK seti" at its own expense; the cost of the project is not specified. Solar panels, a block inverter substation for direct current, and other equipment for transmitting electricity to the main grid will be placed on its own land plot of 25 thousand square meters.

Almost all the capacity of the solar power plant will provide fast and slow charging stations for electric vehicles with clean energy. Charging stations for them have been actively built in Krasnoyarsk under a special program since 2019, and the "RSK seti" project is part of it.
