Earlier in September this year, representatives of the Federal Antimonopoly Service issued a warning to the four leaders of the communications market regarding the charging of fees for distributing Internet traffic to other devices. It was considered disadvantageous for customers.

Beeline, MegaFon, MTS and Tele2 were given only a month to put their tariff grids in order. MTS was the last to do so.
