The new electric train "Ivolga 4.0", designed for the Moscow Central Diameters (MCD), is being tested in Shcherbinka.
It will accommodate up to 646 people. Each car will have three doors for maximum convenience.
In mid-November, after the tests, the train will be sent for certification. The exterior and interior of the train will be updated.
Updates to the rolling stock of electric trains are expected not only in Moscow. A new electric train "Lastochka" is currently being tested in Shcherbinka for large cities and regions.
