The Chinese concern Chery has launched the sale of its cars through the popular Russian marketplace Ozon throughout Russia, connecting regional dealers. This was reported in the manufacturer's press service.
Lots with Tiggo 4 Pro, Tiggo 7 Pro Max, Tiggo 8 Pro, Tiggo 8 Pro Max crossovers, and Arrizo 8 sedan are available to buyers. It is noted that before paying, users need to select the car delivery function by courier. The delivery time of the car depends on the region. For example, Chery will be brought to the Central Federal District in 1-4 days, and to the Far Eastern Federal District - in 38 days.
After the departure of many foreign brands, Chinese concerns began to develop the Russian market. So, Chery took over the capacity of the former Volkswagen plant in Kaluga, where it plans to release a batch of Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Max.
It was also reported about the Chinese company's interest in the plant in Esipovo near Moscow, where Mercedes-Benz cars were assembled. However, the owner of the production line did not confirm the possibility of producing Chery cars.
