The Russian manufacturer of anti-drone systems NPO "Kaysant" has upgraded the mobile electronic warfare (EW) station "Argus-Antifury". Now the equipment will be able not only to suppress drones, but also to determine their location.
According to a company representative, "Argus-Antifury" detects a drone and sends a signal to the operator for guidance. Previously, servicemen had to use two devices: EW tools and a direction finding device.
Therefore, the current upgrade in terms of comprehensive direction finding of drones has become very convenient
"Argus-Antifury" is a trench version of EW, its weight is 18 kg, operating range - 2 km. The system suppresses most drones, including aircraft-type devices. The product has been improved considering the experience of Russian servicemen. The upgraded station has been launched into mass production.
