The American corporation, a leader in the printing industry Xerox, has left the Russian market, selling its assets to local management. This is stated in the company's official statement. Xerox (CIS) LLC plans to change its name. It is known that all employees kept their jobs. 

According to the company's president Anton Borodikhin, customers will receive support according to current contracts, in addition, Xerox (CIS) LLC will undertake new projects in Russia.

Xerox management announced in March 2022 about the cessation of photocopying equipment supplies to Russia. According to data from the Spark system, by the end of last year, the revenue of the company's Russian division decreased to 6.7 billion rubles, while the net loss was almost 260 million rubles. 

Xerox was founded in 1906, headquartered in Norwalk. Xerox is in the top of the largest companies in Forbes Global 500.
