The use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, including neural networks, reduces the creativity of employees. This was reported by the American consulting company Boston Consulting Group.
The experts of the 'Kommersant' publication claim that neural networks, on the one hand, simplify the work of employees, but on the other hand, negatively affect their effectiveness. According to the head of the digital department of NF Group Alexander Onikienko, highly qualified specialists don't need a chatbot. The more experienced the employee, the faster and better he will cope with the task than a neural network, he emphasized.
Another interviewee of the publication - Alexander Serbul, an expert on neural networks of the 'Bitrix24' service is confident that the use of AI requires strict employee supervision from company management. He explained that such neural networks as ChatGPT have poor fact-checking. Therefore, the result has to be double-checked, he added. Serbul did not rule out that in the near future users will be surrounded by 'soulless content', created not by humans, but by neural networks.
According to the Russian government, more than half of Russian companies are now using AI. The ANO 'Digital Economy' expects that by 2030, AI will contribute 2% to Russia's GDP.
It was previously reported that the company MTS AI plans to start testing its neural network in Russia.
