First Deputy Chairman of Sberbank Alexander Vedyakhin at the Eastern Economic Forum spoke about the results of the pilot project to test foreign ATMs.
We have completed the pilot project to test Chinese ATMs. One of the companies has been recognized as meeting our standards. I think that in 2024 we will start to see the first Chinese ATMs, they are very high quality. I think that our customers will not notice the difference, and will even be pleased with the new services that we will provide.
The top manager added that Sberbank has the youngest ATM fleet: the average age is 3.5 years with a service life of 9-10 years.
