After the production of the LADA Largus model ended in mid-August, AvtoVAZ decided to remove prices for this series from the official LADA website. Although the section dedicated to Largus is still available, price information is no longer provided.
Previously, the standard Largus station wagon was available at a price ranging from 1,300,900 to 1,471,900 rubles. The cross-station wagon with increased ground clearance was sold from 1,443,900 to 1,511,900 rubles, and the van was priced at 1,301,900 – 1,400,900 rubles.
Production of LADA Largus ended a month ahead of schedule. In one working week, 650 cars were produced, as well as car kits for a pilot batch of LADA e-Largus electric vehicles, which will be assembled in Izhevsk by the end of this year.
From September, the transfer of Largus production to the new «LADA Izhevsk» site, where LADA Vesta was previously produced, will begin. This process is scheduled to be completed by the second quarter of 2024.
Representatives of AvtoVAZ announced that the break in the production of LADA Largus will help Russian suppliers to «master an additional range of components» and increase the level of localization of the model, which will subsequently replace imported components and achieve maximum technological sovereignty.
Meanwhile, the first batch of bodies for LADA Largus has already been delivered to the factory in Izhevsk for painting. They will be used to test equipment and parameterize technological processes.
Earlier there were reports about the possible addition of a panoramic roof for LADA Largus. The TVEL concern, which won the tender for the supply of auto components for AvtoVAZ, including glass roofs, is ready to provide them for the Largus model.
