AvtoVAZ's subsidiary, Lada Sport, despite difficulties with the supply of components, has started assembling the Granta Sport car with a 1.6 liter 122 hp engine, rear disc brakes and R16 size wheels. According to the production plan, 88 cars in the Sport modification should be assembled in August.
And the resource Autonews reported that Lada Sport has already assembled the first test samples of Lada Vesta Sport. A representative of AvtoVAZ reported that mass production is planned to start very soon.
