Today, the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Denis Manturov, and the Mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin have launched production at the new pharmaceutical factory 'R-Opra'. The modern factory is located in the special economic zone 'Technopolis Moscow' in Zelenograd.
According to Manturov, the capacity of the enterprise is 270 million packages of drugs per year.
I am confident that in the near future, when 'R-Opra' starts releasing its products into the civilian circulation, doctors and patients will appreciate the quality and accessibility of domestic drugs - by 2024, antitumor drugs produced at this factory will become available.
'R-Opra' will produce drugs for the therapy of oncological and orphan diseases, respiratory, rheumatic, cardiovascular, neurological and nephrological diseases, for HIV therapy, as well as immunosuppressants.
As for drug forms, the factory will produce drugs in the form of tablets, sterile solutions and lyophilisates, as well as in soft gelatin capsules and powders for inhalation in capsules.
The enterprise uses controllers and components of a Russian manufacturer for automation of engineering systems, the system for monitoring climatic parameters at the production is done on a hardware-software complex from a domestic company.
Together with the Ministry of Industry, five years ago we set the task to maximize the localization of the production of imported drugs in Russia, to move away from imports, especially this applies to life-saving drugs in the field of oncology.
